How it works: Default capacity comes from the highest-tier product licensed — it does not stack across products. Per-user accruals stack across all products. Log capacity is granted once at tenant level (2 GB default). D365 & ERP database and file capacity are now combined into a single shared pool.

Add ERP licenses (Finance, SCM, Commerce, etc.) to see Operations capacity.

Unified pool (Dec 2025): Operations database and file storage are pooled together with Dataverse database and file storage respectively. The ERP default replaces — does not add to — the Dataverse CRM default when higher. Per-user ERP DB accrual (4 GB) reflects the December 2023 licensing guide update; Operations File accrual (5 GB) should be verified against the current licensing guide.
